Ecological damage caused by humans must be recognized, quantified and assessed. The causer is fully liable for all necessary countermeasures.

Example: Anyone generating electricity with nuclear energy has to pay the costs for the centuries-long storage of the nuclear waste to the warehouse in advance and not to transfer it to the taxpayer.
